Trainee - Software Development (Ukrainian refugee program)

Starting on 01.08.2022, we offer a trainee program specifically for refugees from the Ukraine who recently arrived in Germany and would like to take the career path to become a software developer.
Software Development in 12 weeks
Our three-month trainee program takes place at our headquarters in Wiesbaden (Hesse). In intensive trainings and hands-on workshops all held in English, you will be taught the following technical skills and methods which are key to a successful career in agile software development projects, both in backend and frontend:

A German language course is provided throughout the training period.
After completing the program you will subsequently transition to the first customer project during which you will be able to apply your newly acquired knowledge and skills directly at one of our customers. Here, you will specialize in relevant frameworks and technologies. During this phase, you will also be supported by a mentor and by an experienced DevOps Engineer.
