On behalf of ChannelPartner and COMPUTERWOCHE, iSCM INSTITUTE regularly asks companies in Germany how satisfied they are with the services provided by their cloud and managed service providers. This assessment is based on managed and cloud services that the companies surveyed have implemented together with their respective service providers over the past 24 months. The respondents were CIOs, IT managers, IT administrators, managing directors and department heads at the respective companies.

At the first attempt, SVA made it into the ranking of the best MSPs in the largest revenue class - and right into second place. Customers rated the depth of the portfolio, the simplicity of collaboration and the transparency of the offerings as outstanding. The award ceremony took place during the c.m.c. congress in Munich on June 1, 2022.
