Luware has been offering extensions for Microsoft telephony solutions since it was founded in 2010. It all started with a contact center solution for the Office Communication Server; since then, Luware has continuously developed its product so that the manufacturer now offers extensions for Teams telephony as a pure cloud service.

With "Nimbus", the contact center solution for Teams telephony, Luware offers an enormously versatile extension. The product helps to easily implement professional internal and external telephone customer service with Microsoft Teams, as well as replacing traditional telephone systems and ACD solutions.

Thanks to Nimbus, more complex routing scenarios, such as skill-based agent selection, can be configured in a simple workflow editor. Agents can see at a glance how many people are in a queue or at what times a particularly large number of calls are coming in and reinforcements are needed accordingly. Nimbus also integrates seamlessly into Teams from the user's perspective, so that the agent does not have to leave the application to answer a Luware-controlled call. The Teams client is supplemented by the dedicated Nimbus app, which enables dashboards and analyses.

For busy switchboards, the Attendant Console offers the conveniences we are familiar with from traditional telephony, thus closing a gap in Microsoft's own portfolio. Customers who require call recording for compliance reasons can meet these requirements within the same suite with Luware Recording.
