Unchanged ownership structure

SVA’s managed services for mainframe are generally supported by corresponding service level agreements (SLAs) and a specially designated service delivery manager (SDM), who acts as a central contact partner. This ensures that the service is delivered as agreed and expected.

Our mainframe managed services do not impact our clients’ ownership structures: You retain responsibility for purchasing the servers. Although we do not take control of the servers, we will be happy to help you during purchase. This also applies to software – the end customer remains the license holder for the software products used. This results in massive economic advantages.
