As a collaboration partner of Scaled Agile Inc. (Boulder, USA) and Method Park (Erlangen, Germany), PEDCO AG offers its customers a broad range of solutions for lean processes against a backdrop of strict regulations. With Applied SAFe®, PEDCO has implemented the scaled agile framework (SAFe®) as a lean QMS independent of ALM tools. At the same time, SVA’s specialists bring their many years of experience in systems engineering, consulting, coaching and tool implementation to the partnership. SVA therefore completes the implementation process of the Applied SAFe® solution by integrating it into the IBM engineering tool chain for life cycle management.

Both partners have made it their goal to accelerate the introduction of Applied SAFe® by coordinating processes and tools and to simplify cases in which evidence is required. Mapping the processes in tool workflows during development creates a digital thread that is available as proof of compliance in the reports.
