SVA Operational Services is a business unit with around 150 employees, who are geographically distributed over 15 locations. SVA Operational Services covers the entire lifecycle of our customers’ IT systems: The classic systems house business deals with the “service strategy,” “service design” and “service transition” phases (in line with ITIL), while SVA Operational Services is responsible for the “service operations” phase and contributes to the continual improvement of services using the available system management tools.

The IT specialists from SVA Operational Services assist you when operating complex infrastructures. They provide manufacturer-independent support that covers the entire spectrum of data center infrastructure – from networks and IT security, to storage, servers and databases, and even SAP HANA.

As an IT service provider that supports some of the most prominent names in the German economy, SVA Operational Services administers its customers’ systems using a multi-tenant and high-availability IT infrastructure with multiple levels of protection, which is based on state-of-the-art systems. In order to protect secret and confidential information, we run an information security management system with 114 checkpoints. The testing service provider TÜV Rheinland confirmed that this system complies with ISO 27001 in December 2016. The certification was extended in October 2019.
