Quality and Environmental Policy
This integrated Quality and Environmental Policy describes SVA’s principles for quality, environmental responsibility, and sustainable action. It provides the framework for our quality and environmental management system and serves as a guide for our daily actions across all areas of activity at SVA.
Our Commitment
We are committed to consistently high quality and to protecting the environment through sustainable and environmentally conscious actions. Our management board and our employees put all these, for us binding, obligations into action – including legal and regulatory requirements and any additional relevant commitments.
We apply our quality and environmental management system responsibly and pursue the goal of continuously improving our processes, services, and environmental performance. This is achieved through measurable indicators and clearly defined objectives. In particular, we strive to reduce CO₂ emissions in our business activities.
Our quality objectives focus on high customer satisfaction, systematic error prevention, and the ongoing optimization of our processes and services. In doing so, we define, monitor, and secure high standards and continuously develop them further. We regularly review their effectiveness and compliance through internal audits. Certifications are carried out in accordance with current normative requirements.

After the comleted implementation, we also continue to support our customers. Upon request, we take on additional services such as training or long-term system maintenance, both remote and on-site.
