SVA crowned best German system house for the third time

SVA has been crowned the best system house for the third time in a row, becoming the first company to do so in the award’s history!
In the category of system houses with an annual turnover of €250 million to €1 billion, SVA’s happy customers voted it to first place in an online customer survey carried out by ChannelPartner and Computerwoche magazine. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the award ceremony took place online during the digital system house congress. But this did not make it any less of a happy occasion for colleagues throughout Germany.
The survey covered all project phases, from offer creation and consultancy competence before the project, all the way up to the actual project implementation (reaction time, expertise, etc.). Other factors that were assessed included adherence to scheduled milestones for achieving the individual project stages, as well as value for money and the quality of support after the project (maintenance, training, etc.).
