Docusnap has been known for its IT documentation solution for many years and is used by many customers to have an up-to-date overview of the company's IT at all times. The software provides valuable support in everyday life and for exceptional cases, enabling the creation of network plans and emergency manuals in addition to checking user authorisations and managing licences.

With ever new functions and features, the software remains close to the customer and thus also to us as a partner. We use our experience from completed and current customer projects to continuously optimise the software and its use. The close networking of the specialist areas within SVA also enables us to serve areas such as ISMS, KRITIS, TISAX, ISO or DSGVO thematically with the software and to use the product more flexibly through our own customising. Our own aspiration is to establish an optimised interface for IT users so that they do not have to build up any in-depth management expertise and can still meet the demands placed on them.
