zDD – If you develop software for IBM mainframe systems (z/OS, z/VSE and z/VM) and are looking for the right development environment for your business, you can benefit from the advantages of the IBM PartnerWorld for independent software vendors. Taking part in this program for mainframe software developers gives you access to all the IBM software components you need, but without the usual software fees. While registering for the zDD program, we list the software components you need for development, which you will be able to use for free on the solutions we provide following approval from IBM.

IBM software fees

The usual IBM software fees are not charged at all for SVA zHosting and the zPDT. These fees are also reduced or do not apply if you operate an on-premises solution with IBM’s z14 or z15 hardware, depending on your partner level.
