IBM QRadar - IT Security Analytics with IBM

IBM QRadar is a security information and event management (SIEM) system that is among the leading security analytics solutions. It is part of the IBM QRadar Security Intelligence Platform, which was developed to detect cyberattacks and alert the IT security team before data is lost. By correlating current and historical security information, QRadar is able to identify indicators for advanced threats that would otherwise remain unnoticed. It also automatically links events that relate to the same incident. If required, further modules for vulnerability management or user behavior analysis (UBA) can provide additional data on the state of a company’s IT systems. These give responsible staff members a uniform overview of the entire threat so that they can then initiate the necessary measures.
