SVA has been a Cisco partner since 2014 and, with its "Advanced Datacenter Architecture" specialization, focuses to a large extent on the data center sector with Cisco UCS and Nexus systems. SVA has been a Cisco Datacenter Focus Partner since the beginning of the Cisco partnership and was one of four German partners to be named a Preferred HyperFlex Partner in 2018.

SVA's commitment has already resulted in the Cisco Datacenter Partner of the Year award in 2015, 2019, 2021 and 2023 and the Partner Plus Winner's Circle Award in 2016, 2017 and 2018. This was followed by the Cisco Commercial Partner of the Year award in 2018 and 2022. SVA was also named EMEA Cloud Partner of the Year 2021. In 2022, SVA was presented with the Application Experience Award, followed by recognition as Local Enterprise Partner of the Year in 2023.

In 2020, SVA became a Cisco Gold Partner and was certified as a Cisco PSS (Partner Support Partner) together with the Operational Services division.

SVA also expanded its expertise in the area of security and was certified as an FSO (Full-Stack Observability) partner. SVA also achieved Customer Experience Status and Environmental Sustainability Specialization for sustainability.

SVA is characterized by a high level of customer satisfaction, which also ensures that it is presented by Cisco as a reliable partner in new customer situations. The Cisco team within SVA has grown steadily in recent years and currently has 65 system engineers, including 9 CCIE and 44 CCNP with various specializations.

Today, SVA generates an annual turnover of more than € 65 million together with Cisco.
